Coaching

This is one of the key elements of the program. It’s amazing how much you can achieve with a coach by your side! I am here to support, motivate, and encourage you. I will hold you accountable and help you overcome any obstacles that come your way. Let’s face it, life happens. I was recently out of work for 3 months (unpaid) because I accidentally cut two tendons in my hand and had my first ever surgery. The difference between you giving up and continuing on to achieve your goals when you're stressed or tired lies in having a coach! All you have to do is trust the process and commit to yourself.


Nutrition

I used to think the saying “You are what you eat’ was so very cliche. Now I know it to be true. If you drove a luxury vehicle, you wouldn’t fill it with “89” gas, so why treat your body like a garbage can? No judgement whatsoever. I am embarrassed to admit that I used to do the same thing myself. Imagine how amazing you’d feel if you were running on premium gas on a daily basis. I’m going to keep it real with you. I don’t eat healthy all the time. I love donuts, snickers bars, and- of course, ice cream! When I choose to indulge, I’m now able to enjoy it and move on without any guilt. I just make sure it’s really worth it.  I’ll teach you how to enjoy healthy eating and find a balance by planning your indulgences. 


Movement

As a practicing Emergency Medicine physician I often take care of patients who are unable to move their bodies. It truly is a blessing to be able to move, and I believe we should take advantage of it while we can. There are so many health benefits of exercise including stress management, weight management, sleep quality improvement, and let’s face it, exercise makes your booty look great (isn’t that what we all want!?).


Mindset

This is the most important aspect of a transformation, and unfortunately most conventional diets don’t address it at all. The decision to change your life and become healthy starts with the mind. If you’re not mentally ready for change you will be unsuccessful no matter what program you decide to sign up for. Mindset can include stress management, sleep issues, dealing with self-esteem issues, addressing your childhood relationship with food, breaking old hard-wired habits and establishing new ones. During the program I work very hard to help you with whatever you need to ensure that you’re successful.
