What I love about the program is that it works, and it’s for REAL people! I am a mother of 3, work full-time, and I am in college. If I can do it, anyone can. I have tried many other options, but this is the most sustainable. I love what I'm eating! It’s easy and not expensive. Once I reach my goal, I will be taught how to maintain it, and that is lacking in other programs. Elite Holistic Group taught me the difference between a diet and a lifestyle change. I had high blood pressure and was diagnosed as Diabetic, since working with Porsha my A1C has gone down to 5.7. I have had blood work done and have seen my blood pressure and cholesterol levels lower as well. I initially signed up because of my mom, even though I was very skeptical. I was tired of the past failed diets, so I decided to give this a chance and I don’t regret it at all. So far I’ve been having great results! I can finally shop at Hot Topic for clothing after 5 years. I feel a lot more energized while still eating food I enjoy.
